Manoj Onkar did not set out to build a consulting practice. He set out to answer a question that kept appearing in every organisation he entered: why do good organisations — full of capable, committed people — consistently perform below what they are capable of?

The answer, developed over 30 years of direct work with leaders across industries and countries, became the foundation of everything Management Innovations does: that the ceiling most organisations hit is not a market problem, not a people problem — it is a leadership and design problem. And it is solvable.

He has trained and coached over 50,000 people across 30+ industries and 10+ countries. He has personally certified over 500 trainers, coaches and educators. He served as Master Trainer and Head of International Partnerships at NIS Sparta (Reliance Group) — Asia's largest corporate training organisation — and as National and Global Faculty with Landmark Education, the world's largest personal transformation organisation.

He delivered customised leadership programmes for Chief Minister Narendra Modi and his ministerial team. A client in Thailand was awarded by their Prime Minister as Best Managed SME after a two-year OD intervention led by Management Innovations.
